We offer worldwide shipping. Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders over $200, while express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags and protective packaging intact. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are non-refundable.
How are DeMellier handbags manufactured?
All our handbags are ethically handcrafted in Spain or Italy using the finest sustainably sourced leathers from certified tanneries, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every DeMellier piece comes with a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. We also offer a complimentary repair service for issues resulting from fair wear and tear within this period.
Can I personalize my bag?
We offer a bespoke monogramming service on most of our leather goods. You can choose to have your initials gold-foil pressed or embossed to create a truly unique piece.
